The recipe to create bath salts is as follows:
Ingredients:
1 cup Epsom salts
¼ cup Baking soda
1 cup coarse salt
15 to 20 drops fragrance oil
10 drops food coloring
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Once they are mixed well pour the mixture in a glass jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake the mixture every day for a week before you start the use.
Method of Using Bath Salts:
Draw a warm bath and add ½ cup of bath salts to the running water. Once the tub is filled hop in and relax, inhale the aroma of your salts deeply in order to experience the soothing qualities of aromatherapy.
